Garfish mini muffins with quinoa

Ingredients:

2 cans of garfish in spicy olive oil;
1 cup of cooked quinoa;
½ cup whole wheat flour;
1 teaspoon baking;
2 tablespoons of chopped coriander;
2 tablespoons of chopped chives;
80 ml of olive oil;
Salt and pepper q.s.

Preparation:

Drain the garfish and with a fork crush the fish. Mix the remaining ingredients and mix well. Arrange the dough into shapes of mini-muffins and bake at 200 ° for 30 minutes or until they get golden on top. Remove them from the oven and set aside to cool.
