Fish rice conserve with saffron

Ingredients:

1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 oil canned tuna in olive oil
1 can of small horse mackerels in olive oil
1 can of mackerel fillets in olive oil
1 ripe tomato
1 teaspoon of turmeric (saffron of the Indies)
1 measure of rice
1 bunch of red or yellow chards
Salt and pepper q.s.
Olive oil q.s.

Preparation:

Chop the onion and the garlic cloves and let it boil in a pan with a little of olive oil. Add the turmeric, mix well and let it cook. Add the tomatoes divided into small pieces and involve. Join three water measures, rectify seasoning and bring to boil. Add the measure of rice and wrap. Then add the canned fish previously broken to bits and let the rice absorb all the flavors.

Rectify again the seasoning and serve.
